PRODUCT / MERCHANDISE WARRANTY - LIMITATIONS


ALL Furniture By Catalog, warrants all merchandise it sells to be free of manufacturer defects in workmanship and overall final finish, for a period of 3 months, from date of purchase or merchandise received, to the original purchaser and original delivery / sold / shipped address. Mattresses and Appliances have their own warranty, which are warranted in years. AFBC limited warranty, whether express or implied, covers only normal household usage.

ALL Furniture By Catalog will honor a total of 15 months limited warranty (3 months manufacturer's warranty + 12 months AFBC extended warranty), only if customer pays full retail price advertised, at time of purchase order placement. Excludes items offered "As-Is" / discontinued / Clearance, which may be advertised at an extreme low cost with no warranty.

The 3 months manufacturer's warranty and 12 months AFBC extended warranty is void if:

== Merchandise is taken outside of the United States of America (except to Juarez, Mexico).

== Merchandise was purchased marked / advertised "As-Is" or "discontinued" with no warranty.

== Suffers damage caused by abuse, inadequate handling or negligence, animal pets.

== Has been relocated from the original delivery / sold address (except customer prior notifies AFBC of the move).

== Has been repaired, modified / tampered with or is used for commercial / non-residential purposes.

== An adverse condition results from incorrect maintenance, cleaning or care.

AFBC does not guarantee fabrics against wear, color fastness or any damage caused by cleaning chemicals. Please visit our Product Care page for basic care information for your furniture products. Please note many manufacturers offer separate warranties to their products. For more information, review product tags, if any, that are attached to the merchandise.

The original bill of sale and the item model / serial number (if applicable) are needed for any warranty claim. Please make sure any claim for warranty service is accompanied by these documents or information to honor the warranty.

ALL Furniture By Catalog may be able to service or Special Order, replacement parts for out of warranty merchandise / products, at a reduced cost, for our customer's convenience. Please email us via our Contact page / Chat button, with the information needed (model number / collection name / replacement part needed / etc.).


EL PASO TEXAS AND SURROUNDING AREAS - WARRANTY CLAIMS


In the event a warranty claim arises, please provide us with pictures of damage, via email attachment, as soon as possible. After pictures are received, they will be reviewed and if further evidence is needed, an AFBC Representative will make a home service call to inspect the problem / damage and use its best judgement and decide if the problem / damage, will be repaired under the original 3 months manufacturer's warranty.

If AFBC Representative decides that the problem / damage is subject due to a defect and is within the 3 months manufacturer's warranty period, and AFBC originally delivered the merchandise, AFBC will arrange for pick-up and delivery of item(s) after service, if needed, at no charge to customer.

If merchandise was originally picked up by customer on date of purchase and item(s) are within the 3 months manufacturer's warranty period and need to be taken to an authorized repair shop, customer must make arrangements to deliver the item(s) to the pre-determined / authorized repair shop.

Customer may choose for AFBC to pick up and deliver the item(s) that need repair, to the pre-determined / authorized repair shop and back to the customer's residence, by paying upfront our current (appropriate city) White Glove delivery service fee, found under our Delivery Information page.

If AFBC Representative decides that the problem / damage was caused due to negligence and is not covered under the 3 months manufacturer's warranty period, the customer will be informed on the spot. At this point, the customer will be given a non-warranty estimate, to have the item(s) repaired at their own out-of-pocket expense.


OUTSIDE OF EL PASO TEXAS - FREIGHT SHIPPING WARRANTY CLAIMS


Please note that damage during freight shipping is not consider a warranty issue, this would be considered a negligence on part of the freight carrier, therefore, a damage claim process would need to be initiated. In the event a warranty claim arises, please provide pictures of damage, via email attachment, as soon as possible. After pictures are received, they will be reviewed to decide if the problem / damage will be repaired under the original 3 months manufacturer warranty.

If AFBC Representative decides that the problem / damage is subject due to a defect and is within the 3 months manufacturer's warranty period, and item(s) can't be handled by the customer, AFBC will arrange for a no charge to the customer home service call, from an AFBC pre-determined / authorized repair shop, close to the customers residence.

If item(s) can be handled by customer, he / she must deliver the item(s) to the pre-determined / authorized repair shop, for service and pick up as well, unless customer is willing to pay an out-of-pocket service fee for any pick-up and delivery.

If AFBC Representative decides that the problem / damage it was caused due to negligence and is not covered under the 3 months manufacturer warranty period, the customer will be informed on the spot. At this point, the customer will be given a non-warranty estimate, to have the item(s) repaired at their own out-of-pocket expense.


CAUTION / PRECAUTION NOTES


Motion furniture such as recliners, sleeper sofas, trundle units, etc. have many moving parts. Caution must be in operation (opening, closing, etc.) and children should not be allowed to play on or operate motion furniture, without adult supervision. Always leave motion furniture in the closed position and keep hands and feet clear of mechanism. Only the occupants should operate such motion furniture.

Our products comply with ASTM International F2057, a voluntary stability standard for residential bedroom clothing storage furniture. All dressers and chests (clothing storage) meet the labeling and stability testing requirements of ASTM International F2057. We recommend you only purchase dressers and chests that comply with this important standard.

All our dressers and chests include and anchoring kit that meets requirements of ASTM International F3096, a voluntary performance standard for furniture tip restraints, along with instructions for installation. We strongly recommend using the tip restraint hardware to securely anchor the products to the wall, in homes where children reside or visit.
