PURCHASE ORDER PLACEMENT - PAYMENT PROCESSING


ALL Furniture By Catalog employs PayPal and Square online payment methods / solutions, in order to accept debit / credit card transactions. PayPal and Square are third-party credit / debit card payment processing companies. Learn more at PayPal.com / SquareUp.com.

All purchases processed through PayPal and Square, will be displayed on your credit / debit card statement as "ALL Furniture By Catalog".

Purchase orders using Square / PayPal payment methods, will be processed within / after 48 hours, on a weekday (except on holidays), when merchandise is available in stock for local delivery / customer pick up / freight shipping.

If a purchase order is placed via PayPal / Square and merchandise is not available in stock, upon customer notification and approval, AFBC will Special Order the merchandise with an estimated time of arrival of two weeks or less, to El Paso, Texas.

If a purchase order is placed via PayPal / Square and merchandise is not available in stock, upon customer notification decides NOT to Special Order merchandise, a full refund will be issued by cancelling the purchase order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for full refund to appear on your debit / credit card statement / account.


PRODUCT AVAILABILTY - PRICE ADJUSTMENT - SALES TAX - RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES


All items are subject to availability, items can be discontinued at any time by our local distributors or manufacturer. If an item becomes discontinued, it will be removed / displayed / announced, as not available (N/A), as soon as possible.

ALL Furniture By Catalog is not responsible in anyway, if any of these events happen, as these circumstances are beyond AFBC's control, because we don't carry / stock any inventory.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax (8.25%) will be added to all purchase orders within Texas. View our local delivery fees, within our Texas service areas.

All deliveries made by AFBC to New Mexico service areas, are sales tax exempt, only if AFBC delivers entire purchase order. All New Mexico customers picking up their own merchandise from El Paso, will be charged Texas sales tax. Sorry, no exceptions.

Due to our wholesale prices, all purchase orders are final. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges after merchandise / items are delivered / picked up / shipped. Please note that AFBC does not profit from returned products. Purchase order processing and restocking fees are charged by our payment processors and distributors.

Please make a firm decision when placing your purchase order. If you have any questions about any item(s) you plan on purchasing, for example the color finish, size, etc. Please don't hesitate to Contact us / Chat to assist you clear any doubts or questions.

Purchase orders are fulfilled within / after 48 hours, on a weekday (except on holidays), when items are available at our local distributor's warehouse, or within two weeks or less, if Special Order.

In the event online purchased items are not available in stock and customer request a full refund, it will be provided immediately. If customer after notified wishes to Special Order, merchandise will be available for pick up / delivery or shipping, after arrival.

Please Note: Special Order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. These fees are imposed by our local distributors, since they invest time and money bringing the item(s) to El Paso, Texas.

Only purchase orders which cannot be fulfilled due to availability or discontinued item(s), will be refunded completely, upon customer notification and request. AFBC refunds will not be considered for manufacturing or transportation delays.

Please know that extreme bad weather, in El Paso, Texas / during transportation to El Paso, Texas / shipping to your city, state, can delay the estimated time of arrival on Special Order purchases.

Items cannot be delivered / picked up / shipped, until full purchase amount has been collected, unless purchase order is being financed. Sorry, no COD's (Cash on Delivery). Any returned check will be subject to a $45 non-sufficient funds processing fee, on top of check amount, plus $5 late fee, if applicable.


EL PASO TEXAS RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY OPTIONS - BASIC / WHITE GLOVE


The Basic Residential delivery fee, within El Paso, city limits is $20, plus sales tax. This option includes delivery on ALL purchased items to a ground floor only. Customer is responsible for the unboxing and assembly, if needed, of purchased items. Sorry, we don't haul-away old furniture.

The White Glove Residential delivery fee, within El Paso city limits is $30, plus sales tax. This option includes delivery on ALL purchased items, up to a third floor, set-up / assembly of furniture items only, plus trash removal. Customer must have clear room(s), before delivery of items. Sorry, we don't haul-away old furniture.


EL PASO TEXAS SURROUNDING AREAS SERVICED - DELIVERY FEES


All AFBC delivery fees, are for a single item or a full house of furniture and include the same features as El Paso delivery options. All deliveries made by AFBC to New Mexico, are sales tax exempt, only if AFBC delivers entire purchase order. All New Mexico customers picking up their own merchandise from El Paso, Texas will be charged Texas sales tax. Sorry, no exceptions.
