CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

Customers are welcomed to pick up their purchased merchandise from any of our distributor's warehouse locations, only accompanied by an AFBC Representative and by appointment, as per ALL of our distributor's request.

Customers showing up for merchandise pick up or furniture / appliance browsing at any of our distributor's locations without an AFBC Representative, will be dismissed. ALL of our distributor's locations are not open to the public, they are only open to dealers like ALL Furniture By Catalog.

Merchandise that is picked up may be in cartons / packages and may require assembly. Due to the nature of furniture / appliance items being brand new in cartons / packages, we are unable to unpack items completely (other than partially for a quick inspection) or assemble products for you at the pick-up / warehouse locations.

Assembly is required on most items as they are delivered in boxes / packages for maximum protection. Some items may not require assembly, however, some will require light assembly with common household tools, such as pliers and a screwdriver. Sometimes you will not require any tools at all, most furniture items come with the needed tools to assemble.

Please make sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the furniture / appliance being picked up. Bring strong ropes with you to secure your items, as these are not provided at the warehouse. Bring blankets if merchandise will be taken home unboxed.

Neither AFBC nor the distributors / warehouse personnel, is responsible for loading, securing and tie-down of merchandise, or the safe transportation of furniture to your home.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT - CONCEALED DAMAGE

Damage during transit is not covered under warranty nor can we accept returns on any merchandise. For concealed damage on merchandise that was picked up, you must notify AFBC immediately, within 72 hours of date of pick up. All items must be in their original carton and protective foam, no exceptions.

If a problem with your merchandise occurs, please notify AFBC immediately, either by calling at (915) 258-1048 during business hours or at any time via our Contact page or Chat button. AFBC will work to resolve the problem / issue as best fit for the customer and AFBC, in a timely manner.
