FEEDBACK: I bought a 2 piece sectional living room set at a great price, however, a month later, I noticed the back of one of the sofas with a loose back within. I notified Jose immediately and he came in the following day to check it out. He took the sofa for service that same Friday, unfortunately, the distributor is not open on the weekends, therefore, the sofa was serviced and returned on Monday afternoon. I'm satisfied with the sofa repair and also the promptness of Jose, in addressing the service call.
